Main Street Car Wash Detail and Lube

We took in a vehicle for a oil change, and unknowingly left with an engine shield that was not secure, dangling from not being secured, and missing at least 5 screws/clips that were there when the vehicle was brought in. When the vehicle was brought back to show Main Street how they failed to secure the engine shield, they placed two non-standard screws in (one was a phillips-head screw; the other a flat-head screw) place, and made a promise to order standard screws as a replacement. Main Street had the extra screws, but never contacted us that they did. They refused to offer any type of refund, and the vehicle is still missing two screws needed to properly secure the engine shield.
Main Street never took accountability for how they allowed my family member to leave their establishment with an engine shield that was not secured, and hence unsafe. Make your own decisions, but our family will never return to this business.
