An employee or subcontractor of [redacted] appeared at our residence indicating they were there to try to help us reach a settlement. She did not identify herself as an arbitrator nor did [redacted] advise us of his intent to proceed with arbitration as a potential method to resolve the differences. Once the person, [redacted] did after several weeks of gathering information did use the word "arbitrator" I challenged her as to if that was what she was doing and told her no one have ever notified me that that was what she or [redacted] were in the process of doing. She, being a subcontractor or employee of [redacted] prior to and since her arriving at our house in an attempt to resolve our differences is an extreme conflict of interest. We thought there was possibility that she could present an unbiased third party resolution until we saw her written report which did not take into consideration much of the critical information shared with her during her process of collecting information from us. Many of her statements in her report are irrelevant to the facts of the case and others are false or misleading. We are requesting arbitration by anyone who does not have a conflict of interest by association with either party.
