Review: Ordered flowers for same day delivery to a hotel; phone number is to some sort of call center/answering service. Was guaranteed same delivery at a specific time by representative and received a confirmation number. Flowers never arrived. When called back to inquire, was told by answering service that they can only receive orders and they would notify the actual florists who would call regarding the order. They refused to give direct contact information to florist. Told to call back in an hour if no one called. Flowers never arrived after several calls and inquiries. Asked for a refund. Again, told that answering service would have to notify florists and that the could not handle refunds directly. Told that florists would call back. Still awaiting resolution for a simple refund.Desired Settlement: A complete refund.

Ms. [redacted] did place an order going to [redacted] in Las Vegas, NV

[redacted]. The florist di~ not complete the order and we were contacted

on 1/7/14 that the flowers were not delivered. We contatted the

florist and they could not give us an answer as why they did not deliver.

We issued a refund on 1/7/14 and an email was sent to the sender at:

[redacted]@gmail.coro telling her that a full refund was issued, and

that her confirmation for the refund was [redacted].

The refund was issued to the senders credit card on 1/7/14.
