I am writing about a complaint against my company, Main Street Furniture Co ID *** Yes we sold this lady a large two piece cabinet made of reclaimed wood The original retail price was $ We had marked it down to $1800, because of the issues on the
piece This was on our showroom floor, not brand new, wrapped up, in a box We do not take $dollars off a perfect piece She did inspect the piece before she purchased it Then waited a week before picking it up, so she had time to rethink her purchase if she wanted to We typically deliver such large pieces, for a fee, but they took it themselves We can not be responsible for anything that happens once it leaves the store, if anything did or not Because of the two "large gauges" on the two corners of the lower section, which she noticed, which is why we had marked it down in the first place, she asked us if we could do better on the price and we did We took off another $ Bringing it down to $ When things are marked down $from retail, there is a reasonThis piece like many others that we sale are from reclaimed wood Reclaimed wood is not meant to be perfect and smooth The beauty of this style of a piece is the rawness of it I am sorry that she is not happy with her purchase or that she felt she needed to put time and energy into it to "fix" it She did come in and talk to staff a month after purchase She showed a picture of the hutch, maybe to express disappointment, but never asked for anything from us The was not waiting on a reaction from us She states that she left messages on our machine, we don't have an answering machine I would like to resolve this issue with the Revdex.com as we have never had a complaintAlthough I do feel that 20% of the purchase price is quite a reach She could have actually complained to us or asked us for something and we would have reacted in a positive way.Thanks, Kelly B***Main Street Furniture CoEMain StreetWalla Walla, WA

This customer came in on a tuesday and looked at the car, no word back from the customer until saturday when the customer calld in and talked to the salesman that she had spoken to on tuesday (***)Agreed to a purchase price and was told she needed to hurry in because other customers were
looking at the car and we could not hold the car for herHours later the customer showed up and at that time there was someone else purchasing the carI talked with the customer and agreed to look for another car for herThat was not an option for her, she stated her frustration and leftThe following monday the customer returned and stated her complaint to my General Manager *** ***He agreed to sell her any car on our lot at cost for her inconvenienceThe customer looked at a few cars and leftI feel we made every effort to make this customer happyIt is also my understanding that she has purchased a vehicle from another dealership

[redacted] brought her 2011 Nissan Sentra with 67,830 miles into Pat Peck Nissan on 9-16-14 for a transmission complaint 7,830 miles out of warranty, Pat Peck Nissan at no cost ran a complete advanced diagnostic and was unable to duplicate, verify or find any concern with the...

complaint. [redacted] returned on 2-26-15 with a complaint again about the transmission at 77,458 miles, Pat Peck Nissan again at no cost performed a complete advanced diagnostics and this time was able to duplicate the complaint and advice on the repair needed. Both times when [redacted] brought the car in there was no warranty remaining on the transmission nor was [redacted] ever charged to look at it. We here at Pat Peck Nissan understand this can be frustrating but we are only the dealer, we have to follow the manufacture warranty guidlines. Nissan North America and Pat Peck Nissan have offered some valued customer assistance to assist with the repair. As of 3/13/15 Nissan North America or Pat Peck Nissan have not heard from [redacted] with a responce to the assistance.
