He constantly communicated what they were doing and was kind enough to send photos when I wasn't around to see the work being done. They worked around the [redacted] schedule and did a great job remediating previous drainage work that was poorly done. The left the area in the same (maybe better!) condition that is was before they started the work. Very happy with the overall experience!

When replacing the drainage pipes, they were very careful to make sure the pipes were straight and level, not only correcting the original problem but exceeding what is required by code when it came to waterproofing our foundation. Heavy rains have now hit Victoria and the driveway is clear. Thank you Trevor for a job well done. Since Trevor has contact with many other contractors, he was able to handle another job for us. True to claims on his web site: courteous and knowledgeable, taking care to coordinate the job with experts. The job got done in good time and at a reasonable cost. I initially contacted several people and Trevor seriously seemed to care about the dilemma I was in at the time. He also stayed true to his quote and I now peace of mind.
Our son bought a house and the inspection report suggested getting the perimeter drains scoped. All the drains were plugged and the first quote from a different company was $[redacted]. to replace everything.
[redacted] with Wet Coast suggested an alternative strategy and that they would first dig up the plugged vertical drains and then reassess. The perimeter drains were then scoped and replaced along with a separate solid pipe for the downspouts.
Being a farm kid I wanted to watch what was happening each day and [redacted] was most accommodating by explaining each step to me. I must say his employees are personable, hard working, skillful with an eye to safety.
Overall they did a great job in a common sense way which was cost effective and they left the site in great shape.
When I had a plumbing issue with my toilet it could not have come at a worse time. I suffer from PTSD, and I had to explain this to [redacted] as to why I was so emotional over a backed up toilet. It was, as always, so difficult for me to share this experience but, [redacted]'s approach when discussing the plumbing issue and what he was doing and why, was not only professional but I could tell he had heard my story and gave me "personal" attention. My toilet is in fine working order at an excellent price and I have already referred him/West Coast Drainage Solutions to a friend!!!!!
