Our tech was there a total of 2 times regarding this problem first time we had done the work of springs, pulley and cable. spring needs to be changed because the weight of the door. Our tech went back with 2 new springs at 240lbs each it is working but our tech said to be safe I want to change them again to 250'lbs in order for springs to handle the weight of the door. He also told the customer that the support brackets do not need to be changed if he wants he would do it for free when he has free available time plus the hinges need to be replaced which is an additional cost customer did not like that he had to pay more for more work that he wants done not that we had told him he needs to be done when he doesn't. After speaking with our tech he is going to call the customer to try to make him happy and fix what he doesnt need done for free. if you should have any more questions please feel free to contact us.

[As mentioned in the response, I was expecting a phone call from the Dream Garage, as of Friday nobody called. I called the technician on Friday about the incident and requested him to fix the garage door.  He mentioned he can come and fix on Sunday, he never called or showed up.First of all, what mentioned in the response is not true.  I called Dream Garage doors to repair the door to be functional.  It was initially installed by SOS. I got the phone number for service sticker on the door.  This is same as Dream garage doors.  I was told that SOS does not exist. The reason I called was they know the details on the doors. When I called the person said he can repair the door. He has to replace one spring.  I said that is fine make sure to repair other bent brackets and hinges.  He said it is fine. The charge for a single spring is $99.00 and it will be around $250 with tax. I said it is fine.  He mentioned that he can replace with 230 lb spring which he did not have at the time and can order and come and replace it.  He said its cost per spring is $150 each.  He said if I replace both spring he will not charge for additional cost to repair the brackets and hinges.  I said, it is fine I want to get it done everything once.  I trusted this person and paid the money a total of $476.85 on Nov [redacted]. He temporarily fixed with 200 lb spring and mentioned that when he comes back with 230 lb springs he will repair the bent brackets and hinges. He came second time to replace it did not come with right springs specified in the invoice but something different .  If he did not have the right spring why did he replace different which I did not order? I do not know.  He said he will come back with 250 lb next time and repair the brackets and hinges.  Even after several calls he did not bother call or come and fix the problem.  See attached two pictures.  It is not safe to have bent brackets and hinges.  It has been a nightmare for us to call this company with no courtesy even after paying the money.  I want my garage door fixed ASAP or I want the money BACK ASAP.  This is completely unacceptable doing the business and harassing customers even after paying money.
