Terrible customer service! General Manager, [redacted], does not return phone calls and is not willing to speak with guests of the hotel. The Hotel is overpriced for very small rooms, which they claim are suites, but a double bed barely fits in the room, much less your suitcases, etc.

They make you pay 100% in advance and don't tell you about their cancellation policy (which is not refunds whatsoever!). I called over 2 months in advance to cancel and they were not willing to refund me my room. They said I should find someone on craiglist to fill the room and I could transfer the room name to them, and have them pay me back, since they won't give refunds!

The only positive is location.
