Dear [redacted] ,As stated on the phone, we had a new girl in the office who was suppose to send marketing materials to the potential customers, instead she invoiced them and sent the marketing materials to the clients that needed invoicedWe have contacted everyone from the marketing list and told them to disregard the invoice.I also informed you that [redacted] wrote a bad review at this link on [redacted] [redacted] We think that it is only fair that she should remove this remove since we have contacted everyone and this was a mistake on our behalf.For one mistake we should not be penatlized for such a harsh comments.Please let me know if you need anything else.Thank You,Sue R***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The proprieter explained the mistake and told me to throw away the invoice She said she would not send me a credit memo My correspondence with the Revdex.com is my only "proof" that I do not owe this company money She asked me to remove my yelp review and I declined stating that I had looked for information on her company when I received the erroneous invoice, and I felt like anyone else seeking to find out why they had been invoiced for advertising they had not purchased, should be able to see my review I suggested that she write a response explaining her error We actually have no way of knowing if she contacted anyone other than me and asked them to dispose of the invoices Regards, [redacted]

Review: We received an invoice for "Advertising" from this company. We have never heard of them and never authorized any advertising. The invoice is from "Buy Main Street USA, LLC dba Main Street Business Association". The telephone number on the invoice, [redacted] has a recording indicating the business name is "Main Street Media". I also attempted contact through their website. I received an automated reply in poor English stating "Buy Main Street USA will touch in your contact soon." I suspect this is a scam and other businesses may accidently pay or feel coerced to pay an invoice they do not owe.Desired Settlement: Issue credit for this fraudulent invoice and send statement indicating that our "account" balance is zeroed.
