Main Street Melts Candle Company

DO NOT order from this company, MAIN STREET MELTS CANDLE COMPANY!!!!! This is the response I received from the owner when I had a comment about the quality of their tea lights. Several of the tea lights were not filled to the top. I sent an email stating this, and this is the response I received. The "owner" would not give their name when I asked who I was speaking to. I have never received such horrible customer service, and such a condescending response from a business.

"It was not answered Friday because you did not ask a question. You even ended with "you just wanted to let us know". We happily respond to questions but not feedback/statements that do not require an answer and we're not questions that needed an answer. You seemed disatisfied with our sample size (which you have a right to but we also have a right to what we offer as samples) yet you continued to purchase more the next day. So obviously you are okay with them. Your latest order will ship today and if you do not wish to receive more of that size, I would suggest not purchasing our samples anymore. Please kindly enjoy your order or find a new company to shop if you are unhappy with the size of our candles or the response you've received."

I do not have any further information to give you regarding your order or previous orders so we wish you luck in the future. If you are not satisfied with the way we send samples, my only advice is to discontinue purchasing our samples. They will not change and they are non-refundable because they are samples. Have a great week and please visit our site for any kore answers regarding our product sizes, shop processing times, and policies. "

Also, nowhere does it say that samples or tea lights are non-refundable on their page.
