Main Street Mobile Homes

On January 28, *** *** purchase a mobile home from Main Street Mobile Homes. Copy of said agreement attached. Unit was stored at Main Street Mobile Homes until Mr*** was ready to have unit delivered to his location. Unit was delivered August 31, 2016. When unit
was delivered Mr*** was not satisfied with some of the repairs made. On September 15, Main Street sent *** *** to do the repairs Mr*** was not satisfied with. Before Mr*** left he had Mr*** walk through unit to make sure Mr*** was satisfied with the unit. Mr*** told Mr*** he was satisfied. The only work that Main Street has not completed is replacing the bottom slider inside storm windows. The window is odd size and we are having trouble finding a replacement. *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
The response from the business is not true, and there was no insulation replaced at all, they tried to trick me in to thinking they fixed that problem by leaving some laying around under the trailer and in my yard but not one single piece was put in the underbelly of the trailer, and I still have no title and I now don't believe the trailer is the year model he sold it to me as, I believe is much older, I paid him cash money in good faith but only received a bunch of lies and junk, I am also finding out that main street mobile home has a bad reputation for their practice of deception.

In responds to complaint file by [redacted]. Main Street never set a mobile home without owner saying were unit is to be place. [redacted] and [redacted] said that when...

delivering said unit [redacted] and her father showed them were unit was to be located. Unit was place on this location. The next day [redacted] said that she was afraid that the unit was to close to property line and may have to be moved.
On October 29. 2015 Vienna City Engineer and the mayor [redacted] said unit was OK and the City had no problem with location of said mobile home.
At no time did Main Street say that they would be there too relocate said unit.
If [redacted] wants said unit relocated Main Street will do so, but there will be a charge for said service.
