Review: I drop off my 2002 Lexus ES 300 for an inspection 01/**/15 , I gave them a car that ran great, I get back a car with an inspection sticker on it with a check engine light that flickers a oil light that goes on an off ,a car that stalls ,and an engine that knocks. first he tells me it needed a head job for at least $2500.00 when I told him it was to much he said he can get the carbon off the valves from the top ???, I receive the car back and I paid them $720.00, I returned car to them a week later the [redacted] try to bully me and try to intimidate me and he was cursing .Got car back , less then a week later I brought car back , and now he tells me it needs a new engine.Desired Settlement: I want the car back in the same condition I gave it to them .

Review: on 2/14/2014 I purchased a 2003 GMC Yukon from [redacted]. He financed me at $7,116.00 and interest at 23.99%. I told him that was to high but he insisted that I would only pay for what I used and I would not end up paying $15,000 for a used truck that those were the numbers he needed to put in there. Me being a female who doesn't know about these things let it go. I made my monthly payment on time of $251.69 every month. I was late one time in May and that was because my newborn head a brain problem that required us to pay medical costs. [redacted] told us to never worry as long as we called him and kept in contact and payed "something" we have no worries with him. He assured me he was a family man and that he understood when things happen. The truck started falling apart. From the start the dash board did not work so we never knew if we had gas or if we were over heating. He said the warranty I purchased did not cover that. Then the transmission started acting up because it did not have the cover on it so rocks were being flung into my transmission. [redacted] said the warranty did not cover that either. The alternator and starter went out. [redacted]'s warranty did not cover that. He covered nothing and I had to pay for the lemon he sold me! The alternator and starter went out on 8/11/2014. [redacted] said since I had to pay for it he would wave August payment back. I went to his office on 9/4/2014 and made a payment. I told him I would have the next one the first week of October. Being the slick crook that he is he said "no problem you never have to worry with me I am here to help I can wait for the payments take care of your family." I drove to Billings, Mt to be with some family. Two days later my truck was repossessed! I called [redacted] to see why and he was a whole new man. He yelled that I was a silly immature little girl and all he wants is his money. He demanded almost $8000 to get the truck back!Desired Settlement: I went around to Lawyers and other car salesmen to look over my contract and they all said that [redacted] is robbing me. That his contract is 100% ludicrous and he knew what he was doing by repoing me while visiting family. I can drive my truck where ever I want to go. And the question still poses, how did [redacted] know I was in Billings, MT the exact address? He has an illegal tracking device in the truck that he never told me about and state law requires that that be told up front. [redacted] has caused me and my two children emotional hardship and damage. I will be hiring a lawyer because I will not let [redacted] take advantage of me the way he has done so many others. What he has done is discpicable and it is frowned upon. I have given [redacted] over $6000.00 I paid $348 to register the car, which he also charged me around $300 for and his warranty is faulty. He says that I can have my truck for $5000 more dollars! This is greed. I want my truck and my title or I want my money back or its court!
