[redacted] had every opportunity to pay for the move but we feel he did not have the money nor still doesn't .Today is Thursday February 8th and the shipment is in a third party storage facility. We unloaded it yesterday because we have moves to do in that truck.I sent him the bill for service and even a lower bill with a payment plan with a deadline so he could get the legal boxes he said he needed and he still doesn't have the money after 8 days.I will have no choice but to start legal proceedings concerning the issue.I am sending the communications via text and emails to you for you to have.I will try to have them in order for you.I will forwarding an email from him also.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Sincerely,Michael B[redacted]

[redacted] called me on January 26th and said his movers had to cancel his move because that had overbooked. He said he was going to storage in Louisville and was going to live with his girlfriend in the same town.I gave him our rates and he booked the move with us.I told him that we take personal local...

checks and cash as a form of payment.I never gave him an estimate but as an act of kindness I would drop off 8 wardrobes the day before at no charge for delivery. On the 30th of January in the AM we dropped them off. That afternoon he called me and said he wanted to postpone the move to the following Monday and I said that I would need to pick up the wardrobes back up.He said he would call me back.He did and said that he needed us here at the early AM on the 31st.We showed up at the move at 9 AM on the 31st and the movers conveyed that he was not packed and the apartment was very messy.I was concerned at that time so I asked the movers to ask him how he was going to pay the charges and he said check from [redacted].I knew from past experiences that there is not a [redacted] local in the Denver area.I then called him  and he said he had an account from [redacted] bank. With the unmanageability of the situation I asked Sebastian to instruct [redacted] to go get cash to pay for the move at the storage before unloading. We would estimate the time for unloading since we did not have a way to get a hold of him after we released the shipment back to him.He agreed to have cash. When we arrived at the storage he did not have the cash but was trying to get a hold of a friend.Hoping to get that to happen we had to wait see if that was going to happen. We waited off the clock.I arrived at the storage and [redacted] went to lunch.I called him on the phone and asked to come back and give me a check from 1st bank and I would go cash the check. He had conveyed earlier that he had lost his wallet. He said he did not have a check to give us so I told him I would hold the shipment on the truck overnight at no charge and come back the next day.He basked us to leave his luggage and a couple of boxes in the storage so we did.I remembered he told me he lost his wallet but had a credit card. That stuck in my mind. The next morning I called him and requested he use his credit card through [redacted] to send me the money and he said he was having money sent to him and would be by Monday or Tuesday. On Thursday he called me  and reiterated that his money would be here Monday or Tuesday. On Friday in the AM I sent him a text of a bill and communication thinking I would put it in the storage in my name and when he received his money he could pay us and we could transfer the storage to him. After I rethought this I changed my mind to leave it on the truck locked up until Monday or Tuesday.I feel he had not told us the truth yet and could see that he would probable try to cause harm.He called me on Monday and wanted to get in to his shipment.I asked him if he had the money for the service and he did not.I told him when he did I would deliver it to him.I was not going to go through the shipment until he either had the funds for the service or not. NORMAL LOCAL MOVES ARE NOT LIKE THIS.
