we have reached out to ms "*** *** " twice now and no response.! For her to say that she feels she was miss led is absolutely FALSE! I made sure that she knew what going on with her *** before we even did anything with itI had her come down and we showed her the damage, not just try to
explain it to her over the phone or emailsShe saw the damage and instructed us "NOT TO" replace her head light and use that money for part of her deductible and to detail her FILTHY carwhen she called and said that there was a problem with the bumper, I had her bring it down so we can take care of itShe brought it down, we took care of her concerns and upon taking it and leaving with the vehicle, she was thrilled and didn't have any complaints when she was with the owner. for her to use the " discrimination " line is absolutely nonsense! we "WORKED" with her before on her first claim and actually fixed stuff that wasn't on her estimate FREE OF CHARGE.If I didn't take her business serious, I wouldn't have called her and have her come down to make the decision's on replacing the headlight or not! As for the insurance company paying me what I WANT? that's alsoI work off of the estimate that the insurance gives me, not one that I write! To say that her car is not a cheap is irrelevant! it doesn't matter what kind of car it isAlso, if she states that she "Maintains" her car is FALSEher check engine light and brake light has been on since her 1st accidentsand she hasn't taken care of it!I feel I was honest with her, that's why I had HER (ms*** ***) come down and make the decision, not meWe at motorsport concepts are all about our customer service and giving the best product and information out to our customers as possible!I've reached out to her twice now so the balls in her courtI would love to resolve any issues she's having but I cant fix her falsified accusations!
