My EXPERIENCE at this place was absolutely Awful.First of all the Aides do not wear a name tags,nor do they introduce themselves when talking to you.As for working with me I was given rushed verbal instructions by them then they would walked off.I was referred to as "YOU". The equipment is of poor quality,outdated ,and not maintained properly,which resulted in me getting a severe shock during treatment. The Therapist was unprofessional, showed no compassion, was rude and arrogant.He would not allow me to finish a sentence concerning my personal health care.
