[redacted] : We appreciate having the opportunity to tell the truth to the Revdex.com concerning a group of young women's behavior.Attached is a copy of the responses we gave them to what [redacted] sent to you [redacted] contracted with our company for a bachelorette party to be held on SatAugust 6, .We submitted an organized plan far in advance to themWe have twelve years experience as a highly respected tour company The contract between us was reviewed, clearly defining the day's events , photos of our Wine Tour Party Shuttle, and our cancellation policy The business was not contracted by [redacted] who wrote this report, but by [redacted] of BendWe question the reliability of Ms***'s commentsThe group of women traveled from Bend (Central, Oregon) to the Ashland area (Southern Oregon) over miles awayThe women knew very little about our region and thereby gave our driver I host incorrect directions to a property vacation house, miles from Ashland, Oregon, near the California borderTherefore, we arrived late, yet were in constant contact on our progress to arrive The women were quite intoxicated upon piat noon that dayThey played and changed the 1-pod style stereo player over a dozen timesThis caused a continual trespass of the driver's space all along the windy two-lane route to the Applegate Winery CountryThis is the cause of their complaints! At the first winery, they decided to contact another transport company, leaving ours, and breaking our contractIn the end, supported by our credit card I merchant company, [redacted] was only charged 50o/o of the contracted-for total- 50% off our published website fee for canceled Custom Transportation on the day of The driver in no way was 'popping pills' and in fact is a post-cancer patient with a legal prescription of HydrocodoneHe took one-half of one pill that dayThese women actually got into the driver s private bag and took a photo of his prescription bottle as ''evidence." Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
My original complaint was not to argue about what happened that day, but to let future consumers be aware of the lack of quality customer service they would be receiving by booking anything with this "company"Never in my life have I seen such an unprofessional operation as this, nor have I ever complained about a small business, nor anything else for that matterI come from a family of small business owners, we have made a living based on providing quality customer service
To this date, no one in our party has heard from the driver himself, nor have we been issued an apology for the lack of service and safety we experienced from this "company". If you would like to speak with the sober members of our party, one who was weeks pregnant at the time, another who was suffering from Crohn's that day, and another who is in her mid 40's and simply didn't want mimosas that early in the day, I would be happy to provide their contact information as well
I am severely disappointed in the unprofessional, poorly written e-mail banter back and forth from such a "professional" company (our driver's wife?), as well as the lack of empathy for providing such a poor, falsely advertised experience to consumersThis "company" should be ashamed of themselves and work to enhance experiences for future consumersBy no means was my complaint "defamatory" nor "slander"I simply stated what happened that day believe that a poorly ran business operation such as Main Street Tours needs to work on improvements and strive to create positive experience for ALL consumers

The contract between us was reviewed, clearly defining the day's events , photos of our Wine Tour Party Shuttle, and our cancellation policy . The business was not contracted by [redacted] who wrote this report, but by [redacted] of Bend. We question the reliability of Ms. [redacted]'s comments. The group of women traveled from Bend (Central, Oregon) to the Ashland area (Southern Oregon) over 200 miles away. The women knew very little about our region and thereby gave our driver I host incorrect directions to a property vacation house, 19 miles from Ashland, Oregon, near the California border. Therefore, we arrived late, yet were in constant contact on our progress to arrive. 
 
The women were quite intoxicated upon pick-up at noon that day. They played and changed the 1-pod style stereo player over a dozen times.
