They are saying that their phone upgrade prices do not include a sim card but if im paying for the phone for and the box has a sim card in it then at that point when I pay the for the phone whatever is in the box is what im payomg forThe sim card was in the box and therefore I paid for the sim card when I paid for the phoneYes I had ample time to backout but I took the managers word for it that he is paying for the sim card and also they did not let me see the box untill they were all done with the order and I did not see there was a sim included in the box untill I arrived homeAgain to me this is fraudThats like walmart telling me if I buy a laptop that I have to buy a charger when its included
