Customer, is clearly just fabricating information, customer forgot to mention he purchased an item 3/20/14 which was refunded back due to the address not matching the credit card information, however he is not complaing about that transaction he is complaining about the purchase made on 3/26/14 this...

item was also refunded back friday 3/28/14, which keep in mind is a friday, most credit card companies post the money back into the card holders bank within 3 - 5 business days,  weekends dont count,
 
I have the text messages saved due to our company using an external app that records online  messages and text messages, they werent nasty we advised customer, we are not on the same time zone, he is in the state of AR, and we are in CA, clearly a big difference in time zones,  i also let him know it takes 3-5 business days to receive his money back onto his card, our company follows the rules and wont ship items to customers that dont match the address to the card on file
 
I have also attached proof the customer did not match his credit card billing address with these purchases,
 
if anyone should be investigated for fraud its this customer providing a false address during both purchases,  while purchasing items online

Review: I lawrence harden order a eco870 cap on 3/26/14 but they have not sent anything and refuse to answer phone,they sent a email saying my card do not match address,but it does,they took off the money off card anyway,they sent nasty texts to my phone,this people are not honest business me.thanksDesired Settlement: I want a refund asap and to have the business investigated for fraud
