This company installed a new HVAC system for my home in 2008 and I have had them come back twice a year for spring and fall maintenance check-ups every year since. I was very happy with the model they recommended. I was especially pleased that they did not pressure me to purchase the most expensive model. They are always professional and courteous when they are in my home, as well as when I speak with their representatives on the phone to make appointments. Another great experience was when the air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday and I called to see if a service technician could come to fix it. Not only are they staffed on weekends and could do the repair, the representative helped me to troubleshoot over the phone and fix the problem myself. That saved me an expensive weekend service call and I was very grateful. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

That said, I looked around and I think I've hit the mother load in the form of Mainard & Sanders. Their service people are very competent and consistently honest. Over time they've guided me in how to economize and save money on my HVAC system while maintaining my equipment in good order.
