Dear Revdex.com,
 
We received your letter concerning complaint, ID [redacted], concerning a customer of ours that purchased a kitten and did not receive...

the Health Certificate that they had paid $100 for.
 
Immediately, on receiving your letter, I looked into the situation. I found that the customer had tried to contact us by email 2 times and we did not respond.
 
I sent [redacted] an email this evening apologizing for the mistake: below is a copy of my email. This email details our mistake and how it happened and how we will resolve the issue. Attached is also a copy of the check we are mailing and a copy of the Health Certificate that [redacted], did not receive. Hopefully this will resolve the issue and [redacted] will remove the complaint. Thank you, Revdex.com, for your assistance in this matter.

I am so sorry about the Health Certificate not getting to you on time. I did not realize that you had emailed 2 times about it. I thought that we had sent it along with 2 other certificates to other cat owners, but yours didn't get emailed. 
 
You shouldn't have had to wait and I should have checked our emails more frequently. 
 
In my daughter Sarah's defense, she has had a lot of problems lately due to her Multiple Sclerosis. It really affects her memory so I will need to verify that emails have gotten a response. Sarah took on breeding our Maine Cs as an activity that she felt she would be able to do. 
 
We would be glad to refund you the $100 for the health certificate. The kittens actually had 2 vet checkups and shots before they went to their permanent homes. So we paid over $1200 for 7 kittens vet visits and shots. Cat breeding is an expensive hobby and we have yet to find it profitable. I see that your address is on the letter we received from the Revdex.com so I will send you a check and the Pet Health Record to:------- Removed Address ----- If this isn't correct please let me know.
 
We are sorry that you felt it necessary to log a complaint with the Revdex.com, but understand your frustration.  Hopefully we will be able to satisfactorily resolve this issue. When you have the refund and Health Record in hand, we would greatly appreciate it, if you could find it in your heart to remove the complaint.
 
Hopefully you are enjoying your growing kitten and that she has been a great addition to your family.
