Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The response the Business has provided is not true I booked the room for July [redacted] at PM on July *** There is no way whatsoever that I could have called before the room was booked to inquire about changing the date I did call the front desk shortly after PM on July [redacted] and asked the desk person to change the date or cancel the room The person at the desk said that I needed to make this request through [redacted] I am immediately called [redacted] on July [redacted] shortly after PM and explained the situation The [redacted] rep told me that they needed to get approval from the manager, and since it was so late at night they left a message and agreed to get back to me on July *** At PM on July ***, I got a call from [redacted] saying the manager of the hotel never called them back, by o'clock they had gotten a hold of a manager, Who denied my request for a refund or date change Every effort to obtain a refund or change the date was made on July *** Further efforts were made on July due to inability to reach a hotel manager, which is not my fault I was told by the hotel customer service person on July [redacted] that I needed to go through [redacted] to make any change the reservation I also left a message for the hotel manager myself on July [redacted] that was never returned There was no shortage of communication on my part with regard to obtaining a refund or changing the date However, there was a very delayed response from the hotel in getting back to [redacted] , conveniently after the date of the reservation had passed In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Guest mentioned that they booked the wrong dateThere was no call made to the hotel on date of Arrival ( 07.**) for a date change if the initial date was infact an errorEven *** called the reservations manager the following day around 1:00PM when the original arrival date had passed asking
for a waiverHotel could not waive the charge because there was no date changed requested by the guest or by ***, even a future reservation was not made for (07.**) which could have also been taken into consideration
