We are sorry for any inconvenience we may caused Mr***We have serviced appliances in the Fort Wayne area for over sixty years and believe we have an A+ rating with the Revdex.comWe were contacted by an appliance warranty company
(Assurant/Federal Warranty) about Mr***'s microwaveWe dispatched one of our service techs to Mr*** houseOur tech diagnosed the problem and determined that certain parts were needed to repair the microwaveWe had to order the necessary partsThis process can take a week to five or six weeks for the parts to arrive at our storeOur office filed the paperwork thinking the micro repair parts come in order to reopen this repairMr*** just need to contact the warranty company to reopen we can't do that for himWe will not get paid twice as Mr*** is afraid ofThis is just warranty company procedureWe have told Mr*** this and he is not happy with usAll he has to do is call his warranty company to restart the repairIf he is completely unhappy with us here at Wismans, he can request a different servicer be dispatched rather that usHis micro will be repaired under his warranty

When we were told that parts would need to be ordered to complete the repair my wife asked if she would need to call in another service call since the repair would take place on a different dayShe was told "No", that once the parts came in Wisemans would contact us to complete the repairIf we had just been told the proper procedure from the beginning there would not have been an issue, or if someone had just reached out to us once the parts were inMy wife spent weeks calling to see where we were on the parts and repair and nothing was ever mentioned about calling in a new service call until the very last phone voice message she receivedWe understand that there are sometimes communication issues, but are disappointed that Wisemans refuses to take ANY responsibility and has ended with telling us we need to request a different provider because they will not be coming out
