As indicated in ***'s letter, we did have the machine for a long time The machine was stored inside for the duration of it's stay We had taken the machine in to have the problems diagnosed, and make an effort to find an amicable solution to make the customer happy We had gone
back and forth with *** tech, *** sales, and finally after many phone calls to the manufacturer, the decision NOT to buy the unit back was made by *** They would, however, fix the machine under what is referred to as a "good will" repair, as the unit was out of the standard warranty period The repairs were made to the unit here at the dealership, and there was a bit of a wait as we needed a few ancillary components that were missing (presumably from the customer taking the unit apart himself) The parts were paid for by the dealership (non-covered components by the manufacturer) at no cost to the customer ***/*** had been called after the work was completed, and the machine was test ridden around the facility An explanation of the process and solution put forth by *** (manufacturer) during our conversation I also explained that regular repairs are typically performed faster, and we were sorry for the inconvenience Unit was picked back up by the customer on 01-13-
