I would have accepted their response except it was not the truth. They have not sent a refund nor do I believe they have any intention of sending one. They received my request to cancel the contract on January 18, 2016, and have had more than ample time to send me my refund. It is clear that they are a disreputable company and have no intention of honoring the contract they signed. They left harassing phone calls to try to make me continue with their services. I had no intention of returning their calls nor was I required to do so. If there is a way for you to make them send my refund I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you*** ***
