I would gladly accept Maine Source dealing with the floor medium but it is the entire lengthThe area between the kitchen/dining room and living room is the worst partWhen can Maine Source come? Who from Maine Source will be coming to address the issue?Could Maine Source address the following please? I have attached the document Maine Source emailed to me on 10/30/In the document, Maine Source has noted that the linoleum floor as being fixed but no one has ever come to fix the floor bubbling up issue, everI have no idea why the item has been noted as being fixedThis document is not from the site visit because we talked about the linoleum not being fixedWhat exactly is this document? And can you supply a copy if the list from the site visit via attachment within Revdex.com of the document from the site visit? There is a also a corner piece of siding that *** *** from Maine Source agreed to fixMaine Source even ***ed the siding while they were here for their site visitWhat about this? On the attached list the face plates are ***ed as being flexible but they are warpedBruce who has been doing Maine Source fixes took one off to show M***They were warped because they were put on to tightlySo, I don't understand because during the site visit M*** said they would get replaced but the attached document is simply noted as flexibleAll the fixes noted as *** technicians came to site visit under Maine Source direction I was led to believe that those issues would be taken care ofWhy am I now not getting those fixes? I have had little to no direct contact with *** because I purchased my home through Maine SourceMy understanding is that the *** items were going to be fixedThe
door bells have never worked right and they have attempted fixes never
resulted in the door bells being fixedThe door bells still don't work,
which I informed M*** aboutHe told me he would take care of it because of the on going issueI'd appreciate it if Maine Source can address each item above, please.Regards,

It is in Maine Source's best interest to paint me as being unreasonable but I'm simply asking the company to complete the fixes as agreed and honestly there is very little left for them to complete in order for everyone to move on and part ways. I'm not asking for new flooring or renovations. I tried to have a conversation with [redacted] about the fans on 09/11/2015 during site visit and explained that the fans are left on all the time; never being shut off (having to leave them on 24-7 seems unreasonable). He got upset and said that was ridiculous. He said he would send me the fan specs on 09/11/2015 in order to understand the issue with the bathroom better and he never did. Some of the items on the fix/replace list turned out to be fixes and not replacements. I did not demand replacements but accepted the fixes without protest, which demonstrates my ability and willingness to to be reasonable. The issue with the floor could very well be a structural issue which was reported back on 11/2014, which they agreed to fix on 2 separate occasions. A Maine Source Rep came on 12/5/2015 to take pictures of it as well as other issues/problems. Nothing came of their site visit on 12/05/2015, which left me in the wind. If Maine Source wants me to have this inspection I will look into the inspection with the organization but I cannot afford any associated costs. In addition, I have some reserves because the organization represents company's like themselves not a neutral party to the business and consumer. I have some reserves about the fact that they are not a neutral party, which I feel is to their benefit only. In addition, Maine Source agreed to fix the floor and this particular fix was submitted prior to contract period expiration date. Therefore, why do I need to have an inspection for something they were contractually obligated to look into and fix? As for the other fixes like the door bells that was submitted on 11/2014 which was during our contract period. As for the other fixes [redacted] agreed to come out for second site visit which Maine Source did along with [redacted] on 09/11/2015. They verbally agreed to fix and/or replace items on the submitted list in question. Now, they do not want to citing two reasons the most recent being unreasonable requests but Maine Source never stated any of the things on my list were unreasonable up until now. In addition, Maine Source is not saying/communicating specifically what items from my list are Not Reasonable. What items are NOT REASONABLE from the agreed fix list per Maine Source that's the question?

We have responded to the customers service list and had technicians on site to repairs there service list attached back in September.  We also followed up with a drywall contractor to repair trim and paint cracks back in October per the original list.  Some of the items on the customers...

list are not reasonable or covered under normal finishing practices.  We have had extensive design meetings with the customer to design and place home on there lot per the USDA Direct guidelines which we have had USDA government officials present at then when we arrive to do the work they want things changes mid stream.  We stopped working on the home and made changes to try to satisfy the customer at our own expense.  At this point we have referred them to the Maine Manufactured housing board for an inspection of our work.  If the board that licenses us has an issue with our work we will be more than happy to correct any deficiencies.  Regarding mold on the inside of a toilet tank the only response I can think off is that they don't run there bath fans long enough.  Modular homes go through 3rd party engineering inspections and meet all the 2009 IRC codes.  The fans in the bathrooms meet code.  Requesting us change the fans to do living habits doesn't seem reasonable.    We make every attempt to satisfy our customers and are still in the process of working with this customer through the State board.  Because of the nature of the customer and there personal attacks on myself and my subs.  We have referred them to work through our state board which does inspections of formal complaints.
