in Maine wreaks havoc on outdoor products that are in the ground. Very often, we have to wait for the product to sit through a full year of seasons and then come back to make adjustments. I emailed with Ms. [redacted] stating that this was not the product, yet it was the installation. I asked her if she wanted me to recommend the installer to come back out to make these adjustments and bring in a load of dirt to fill in some of the holes that had settled. I didn't hear a response back, so I assumed she was all set until this complaint came. I have spoken to her on the phone, and we have agreed to have an installer come out on May 19th to do some adjustments and fill any holes in with dirt. This was acceptable. Thanks!
