This business is a joke. The store hours are inconsistant, they basically close when they feel like it. They do not apologize for inconvenience. They repaired my [redacted] screen for $90 and did it improperly. I now have to go back and get it re-done because they did not connect the wires properly and I have horizontal lines through my display. They delete negative [redacted] comments from their page and when asked about it, they refuse to admit they were on the [redacted] page. I asked to speak to the owner and was not given a phone number to call. Ridiculous waste of time - these stoners should just stay home instead of attemping to run a business. They act like complete children.

Review: In October 2013 I brought my $524.99, 2nd generation, black [redacted] into Mainely I for a screen repair. The girl working behind the counter said they didn't have any black [redacted] screens in stock, but to leave my [redacted] with her and they would replace the screen within a week or 2. She took my name and phone number and told me she would call me when it was ready for pick up. She also told me the repaid would cost approximately $180.I got a phone call about a week later letting me know my [redacted] was ready for pick up. Unfortunately, my money I had saved for the [redacted] repair needed to be used for a car repair, so it took me a few months to save up the money again. I contacted the store by email in January inquiring about my [redacted]. I was embarrassed that it took me so long to save up the money for the repair, so I told them that I had asked my daughter's father to pick it up for me months about but he never did, so I was looking to pick it up now. The owner of the company replied to my email and stated he couldn't find my [redacted] and to check with my daughter's father again. I emailed him back stating that it was left at his store for repair and that he needed to check for it again, as there's no reason for it not to be there. After about 2 weeks of not hearing anything back, I emailed him again on 2/24/13. He still hasn't replied.Desired Settlement: I want MY [redacted] back. I do not understand why it wouldn't be located in his store anymore, if he's running a legitimate business, then he should have record of where it is. If he truly can't find it then I want $524.99 so that I can go purchase a new one.
