I bought Large Capri Sets (top and bottom) for my Grandmother (over each), who is unable to do so for herself (she vulnerable adult) I washed one Capri set and the pants shrunk 3-inches around the waste and legs I called the company and they sent me new sets, but the sets were still size large and they had my name labeled inside (often older adults who live in the nursing home have their clothes labeled, but they were label *** ***-my name- I requested no label) I sent all outfits back at their request and never heard anything, and then spoke to "the Manager", who was over the top rude I am a professional Social Worker and his behavior was in extremely poor taste for a company that works with vulnerable adults I was told he would not refund me or exchange for an XL, which the first person did and send out, because they were washed I said if they were never washed they would have remained the same size and not been a cheaply made product that shrunk T
