07/12/2017To whom it may concern:*** *** purchased a vehicle from us on June 8, He purchased a *** *** VIN: *** with 107,milesThis vehicle has a manual transmission*** was made aware of this the day of the sale and he said he was able to drive a manual
transmission vehicleThe following day June 9,*** calls the store and states he is at a gas station in Pennsauken, NJ and the vehicle will not startBased on the info *** was giving us we assumed there was something wrong with the battery or alternatorI called a tow company to go to the gas station *** was stuck at to have the vehicle towed to a shop I send my vehicles to be serviced atWhen the tow truck driver arrived he called me and stated he got the vehicle to start and the reason *** could not get it to start was because he did not have the clutch pushed inTwo days later on July 11, *** called us once again and said the car was driving terribly and smokingI had the car looked at by a mechanic who said the issue was the customer burned out the clutchI explained to *** that the clutch was burned out however he did not believe me because he has a mechanic friend who told him it is impossible to bum out a clutch in such a short amount of timeThis is not trueIf a person does not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle the clutch can burn out almost immediatelyI told *** I would have the vehicle serviced and the clutch fixed but because this was a problem caused by him, he would have to pay for it*** agreedI gave *** a loaner vehicle while the car was being serviced and when the vehicle was fixed I called *** to come in and pick it up*** picked up the vehicle and came back about a week later saying he does not want the vehicle anymoreI asked *** why he did not want the vehicle and he said the car was junk he did not want it but when I asked him why the car was junk he could not give me any specific issues with itI told *** I could not return the vehicle because the loan was finalized and there was nothing wrong with it*** left the vehicle here and never came back for itI will not refund *** any money for two reasonsFor one, I was kind enough to give him a loaner vehicle while it was being serviced for something he messed up and secondly, because this vehicle was used as a demo by one of my employees for two months and driven almost three thousand miles before it was sold to *** and it drove perfectly fine there was never an issueIt is clear *** in fact does not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle, and the burnt out clutch was caused by his own ignorancePlease refer any questions to my office with the contact info listed in the Revdex.com packet attached to this letter.Sincerely,Alexandra V
