Why would anyone need to look further than this company? Reasonable, competitive prices and topped off with outstanding service, I'm sold!

Review: Hi, Mainline Fuel Service is a fuel oil delivery company, I called to have my fuel oil tank topped off I explained to the gentleman on the phone that I thought that is almost full but just wanted to top it off to start the cold weather season off with a full tank. They agreed to come out and fill the tank, it only took 25 gallons but when I read the receipt it was for twice the price. I called and the gentleman explained to me that there is a 50 gallon minimum, which was never explained to me, I have had their service for over seven years. They told me talk to the owner to inquire about a refund. My fianc called and talked to the owner and he stated that they don't inform their customers about the minimum delivery charge. He also asked what she wanted and she stated that we would like to have our account credited the 25 gallons he was unwilling to do so and kept asking her what she wanted. She then called me and I told her ask for sixty dollars the difference should be enough to cover the driver and cost of running the truck to my residence (a few miles from them) but when she called back a few minutes later he was unavailable. We have not called back but he is very unwilling to work with his customers and also admits that he doesn't tell his customer about the minimum delivery charge but charges it anyway, I would think this is illegal to charge someone for something that you admit that you do not tell your customers about. He also stated that it would cost him money to advertise this information, I am no longer using his services due to his attitude. I feel bad for his employees they are very dependable but with the owners attitude I no longer wish to do business with him.Desired Settlement: I am just looking for the 25 gallons of fuel oil that I paid for to be refunded to me in a check as I am no longer doing business with this company and I am not looking for Mainline to place 25 gallons of fuel oil in my tank and run the possibility of having to be charged an additional 25 gallons for the 50 gallon minimum delivery.
