Review: We went to this business to purchase my mom a matress and did so. After about 6 months there was a very visible dip in the matress we took it back to exchange it. There was no problem with the first exchange. We took the second one home to have the same thing happen within 3 months. When we contacted the owner about this matter he told me he needed to come out to my mom's house to measure the dip to see if it complies with the company that he gets them from. After waiting 3 weeks for him to do so he did agree that it had a dip and would call me back to tell me what he would do about this matter. I waited almost 3 more weeks and I finally got a call into him since he didn't call me back when he promised. During this time I did call the company of the matress and they told me I had to deal with him directly. When he did call back my mom and I went back to get another matress but he would not let us pay the difference to get a better one. He was very adamant about that as well. Even tho he would be getting his money back from the other two matresses and collecting the difference from the new one. So, we went home with yet the same one that we had just returned twice and this "new" matress after having it for only a few weeks has already got another sink hole in it. All three of these matresses have been turned like we were told to and they all have done the same thing. The ownwer of this establishment was very rude during this whole process and we will NEVER purchase anything from him again or any of his places of business. After our ordeal with this we have found out there are more people who have had the same problem as well and have gotten nowhere with this person that calls himself a "business man".Desired Settlement: Simply a refund! That way we can go buy my mom a decent matress that she won't sink into at night.

Thank you so much for alerting us . We did and do currently know that Mr [redacted] is not satisfied with his mattress. He has notified us that he is going on a campainge to let the whole world know of his dissatisfaction with the product and the way we and the manufacture are handling this issue. Our policy is clearly stated on the buyers order , which he received. That is " Once a mattress is brought into a home overnight and slept on , it cannot be returned and that all sales are final." He is aware of this. Mainly Mattresses and the manufacture will replace the product if it is deemed to be under warranty , which we have done. Refunding of replacing the product with another brand is not an option. As we have told him . As we have explained to him , This would be like buying a Ford vehicle and wanting to give it back to the dealer for a Chevrolet.We have assured him that we will continue to help any way we can , but not refund or swap for another brand. PLEASE contact us if we can be of any further assistance. This is important to us. 28 years in Business and this is our second complaint that has not been satisfacterly taken care of per the customer.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] As I realize this business owner is not going to do anything about this issue as he has stated, I find it very hard to believe that he has only had 2 complaints in 28 years when he either hangs up on customers and his own help when a problem is addressed. He says that "all sales are final" when the mattress is taken home and slept on overnight. My wife and I bought a mattress from another place of business and we slept on it for a week and had to return it and there was no problem so I find it interesting that he would not want to please a customer, however, with that said I'm very confident we won't be using this business ever again and my mom will have to eat the price of this mattress and will have to go to another place to purchase another mattress before the hole gets any bigger. If there had been an offer from him to get warranty papers we would have went that route and tried to work something out that way, but he never suggested that to me or my mom. I would really like to know how many complaints he has to have through the Revdex.com before he gets a lower rating. I know of at least 4 people who have tried to deal with him and to no avail. All mattress complaints!! I wanted to reject this response offer so I could make my last point to the Revdex.com and let other people know not to be afraid to make a complaint if they are as unsatisfied as I am.
