I sent pictures to one of their outlets they sell from-Tees for All-wanting a replacement hoodie after the gift I ordered was printed crooked.
The problems started with Tees for All when I had to inquire about shipping on a hoodie I ordered for a christmas gift. I was emailed back with a tracking number. Once I opened the package I noticed the hoodie had print on the front crooked. I emailed them and spoke with *** on 12/14 and I got an email back on the 16th asking if they could send out a replacement. I replied and asked when a replacement could be shipped and I never heard back.
At this point I am looking for a refund. If a replacement could have been sent out in time for it to be a Christmas gift then I would have much preferred that but due to the lack of communication I had to purchase a different gift.
