Mainstay Suites-Ingleside

Customer was dissatisfied as she wanted to stay past checkout time of 11:AMcustomer finally checked out at 12:PM that is additional one hour and minutes.we had to clean room for next guest arriving at PM as we where sold out for the night.Customer booked room for person
where as there where guests in total.Please see attached reservation showing person.Room was thrashed at the time of checkout and we do have pictures of the thrashed room.Customer now wants to harass usIf she keeps on doing that I will have to file police complaint and harassment lawsuit
