Oct 4, 2016Dear [redacted] ,Fortunately there are a few people, only a few, if they do not get their way, they create untrue scenarios [redacted] along with her husband called the hotel numerous occasionsAt all times she was informed she was too late to cancelShe went to numerous sites Complaining to no availThere is no cancellation number for any validationShe made the reservation on line and did not provide a cancellation number and was charged a no showPlease view # and #reservation and no cancelation number providedIn addition I did not speak with her I did tell the employee that I did not want to speak with her as nothing changedAnd here we goNo one would even use profanity with a guestShe is responsible for the no show charge and not welcomed at the Mainstay Suites in the futureI would be happy to talk with you [redacted] I retired a week ago for health issuesBrian S [redacted] is the new ManagerPeter F

First, let me apologize that this escalated to this level On behalf of the staff and management company, please accept our apology for the rude treatment you received from the previous General Manager He is no ***er with the company We have
researched your claim and although the statement that "none of the windows lock" is incorrect, the room you were located in and the ones directly around it had been exposed to some building settling This created the seal gap I'm so sorry you had to experience that We are happy to refund your money and I will process that promptly
Please do not hold this one experience against the other Mainstay Suites, we are all independently owned and operated and do in fact abide by strict safety guidelines Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention so it can be addressed properly by the new management team

Please view # 1 and #2 reservation and no cancelation number provided. In addition I did not speak with her I did tell the employee that I did not want to speak with her as nothing changed.
