Review: truck painted .Paint is cracking and falling off. They Didn't Replace the parts That Where paid for. Truck is in Terrible shape and UnfinishedDesired Settlement: Refund to fix paint and parts in a different shop.

Review: In May 2015, I paid off balance of $5,500 for Mainstream Auto to do work on my car, a 1982 GMC Caballero. They had my car for aprox. 6 months and would continue to work on car as long as I keep paying them money. At one point I was short for monies and [redacted] told me to come and get my car out of their shop. I had to borrow funds from family before they finished the job, I was told that this company would sand down to bare metal which guarantees any chip repaint. They said vehicle had been wrecked previously and that they would not touch other auto body's establishment's work. List of problems:1 new rubber door window seals not glued in properly leaks air2 over spray on gas cap, and one tire3 chip on gas cap door4 chip top passenger door/fender5 driver door squeaked to open, Mainstream told me, "That will go away once after opening door frequently in time, and this car was not a restoration job." I needed and bought new door pins and hinges per other auto wreck facility.6 Tailgate was burnt per polishing, which they tried to hide with plastic stripping, after they asked me if I would like to have pin stripping on vehicle. I did not like the plastic stick on pin stripping so I pealed it off and this is when I discovered the burnt paint.7 The tonneau cover on the bed of vehicle not was not polished and that I would have to pay the subcontractor detainer/polisher extra monies. ( I paid my cousin to polish out in a 3 step process) [redacted] said that, " The fiberglass tonneau cover was cheep and flimsy and he wasn't going to mess with it."8 I wanted the under the hood to be painted white, but [redacted] painted it with cheap non gloss black paint with out prepping it, for there are blemishes on the underneath side of hood.9 Fish eyes on top of hood.10 Did not redue the paint chips on vehicle, yellow paint visible under white paint. 11 Did not do a 3 step pearl paint job as written on my copy of work order. Can't see pearl very well.12 truck bed was liner sprayed without prep & more.Desired Settlement: I had mainstream redo driver door due to yellow coming thru, and as paint dries and settles in, I see yellow on other parts of car. Mainstream redid the tailgate but left a blemish on lower right side of tailgate. I don't want them to touch my car and I have to have another car painter redue the mistakes and poor craftsman work, especially sand block the 2 doors of the ripples in them. Also, a 2 door 2 schemes fell out, Mainstream put in and tightened it down. I want mainstream to pay redoes
