I was a Pondscape customer since May, 2013; signed to their highest level of maintenance service at $250 per month.
Last year, their issues were primarily poor communication; this year, the service was irregular, not in the intervals promised and not sufficient to maintain my pond in good condition.
Responses to inquiries were delayed, promises were not kept and finally, without the 30-days notice stipulated in their contract, they terminated our agreement and refused my request to make one more maintenance call to restore the condition of my pond. (There had been no service in at least three weeks.)
I have retained legal counsel to address their breach of contract.
