In response to the complaint from Ashley [redacted] She claims that at the beginning of the service, that she was told we would be out to service her lawnWe attempted to service her lawn multiple timesDue to the pouring rain and saturated ground and pond of water that formed in her yard, we were not unable to start sooner because we would have destroyed the yard due to the weight of the equipmentWe did manage to get some work performed but again the weather was either raining or snowing preventing us from getting done what she thought should of been doneShe was extremely impatientWe also had other customers signed up before her that also need our attentionWe asked all of our customers to please be patient due to weather conditionsThat we would get to everyone and preform all off our duties as soon as possibleIn the contract it is stated that it is up to Maintenance Ace to decide if the work should get done due to weatherWe felt that weather conditions were unsafe and also would have destroyed her propertyShe claimed that there were days that we could have been out thereIt was explained to her that when we get this amount of rain this throws us way behindThe good days that we had we used to get caught up with everyone including her, Some of the work she wanted done conceited of black died mulch, which can NOT be applied in the rain, because the dye will wash offWhen she canceled her contract we had already purchased mulch, trees, fertilizer, weed spray, along with all the leg work that went into getting her materials to get startedShe asked us to just drop off the materials and she would pay the costWe felt after all the work that had gone into getting the material that we wouldn't had gotten paid had we just dropped it offThe contract is for monthsIt is broken down over months for her convenienceThe month contract is not prorated because it's broke down evenly over months, and all of the work would have gotten doneThis also includes all the leg work and office work involved into putting together her planWhen canceled without day notice she is to pay $cancellation fee and the remainder of the month of service, because of all the extra work that goes into setting up her account and purchasing materialIt also states in the contract that she must cancel in writing not email or a textHer total bill is $with the cancellation fee, not the $that she claimsWe feel that we should be paid the total amount due which is $ or will be forced to send her to collections
In response to the complaint from Ashley [redacted]. She claims that at the beginning of the service, that she was told we would be out to service her lawn. We attempted to service her lawn multiple times. Due to the pouring rain and saturated ground and pond of water that formed in her yard, we were...
not unable to start sooner because we would have destroyed the yard due to the weight of the equipment. We did manage to get some work performed but again the weather was either raining or snowing preventing us from getting done what she thought should of been done. She was extremely impatient. We also had other customers signed up before her that also need our attention. We asked all of our customers to please be patient due to weather conditions. That we would get to everyone and preform all off our duties as soon as possible. In the contract it is stated that it is up to Maintenance Ace to decide if the work should get done due to weather. We felt that weather conditions were unsafe and also would have destroyed her property. She claimed that there were days that we could have been out there. It was explained to her that when we get this amount of rain this throws us way behind. The good days that we had we used to get caught up with everyone including her, Some of the work she wanted done conceited of black died mulch, which can NOT be applied in the rain, because the dye will wash off. When she canceled her contract we had already purchased mulch, trees, fertilizer, weed spray, along with all the leg work that went into getting her materials to get started. She asked us to just drop off the materials and she would pay the cost. We felt after all the work that had gone into getting the material that we wouldn't had gotten paid had we just dropped it off. The contract is for 12 months. It is broken down over 12 months for her convenience. The 12 month contract is not prorated because it's broke down evenly over 12 months, and all of the work would have gotten done. This also includes all the leg work and office work involved into putting together her plan. When canceled without 30 day notice she is to pay $100.00 cancellation fee and the remainder of the month of service, because of all the extra work that goes into setting up her account and purchasing material. It also states in the contract that she must cancel in writing not email or a text. Her total bill is $396.81 with the cancellation fee, not the $693.62 that she claims. We feel that we should be paid the total amount due which is $ 396.81 or will be forced to send her to collections.

I'm only willing to give her a 10% discount which brings her bill to $357.13. She agreed to this and is trying to get out of the agreement. As a small business owner I'm not at liberty to let my clients pick and choose if and what they will pay. I'm very sorry Ashley can not understand this. But she did agree to the contract and we should be paid what she owes!
