This shop is to be avoided......... there is absolutely no diagnostics done on their transmission work, they assume that every problem is a internal problem. They will send your transmission out to be rebuilt and when it doesn't fix the problem then they fix the actual problem with the transmission. they charged me 4000 dollars for a transmission rebuild and gave the vehicle back with the same exact problem. Ray Cornell is extremely rude and only cares about making big ticket repairs. I had to have the vehicle fixed at another shop because they would not fix the problem. it turned out to be a wiring problem with the shift solenoid.....Cost to repair three hundred ( 300) I am amazed that these people stay in business when they treat people the way that they do. I would not send my worst enemy to this shop !!!!!!
