Review: Last week our phone system was going on and off. I called the Maintenance Center on Thursday, after 3-4 hours I received a call back and the man had me unplug the system which worked for about an hour. He told me to call back if I had any more issues. I then asked him if I did would someone answer the phone, he replied that I could leave a message and they would get back to me. The phones went down again about an hour later and I called again and had to leave a message. Did not receive a call back on Thursday. I called a local company to look at the phone system and they were able to get it working. I called the Maintenance Center again Friday morning and left another message with no call back. I then called again today, Tuesday and left another message. At this point, I want to cancel the maintenance contract and get our money back as they are not providing the service we are paying for, but no one ever answers the phone so I can talk to them.Desired Settlement: I want the maintenance service contract cancelled and our money refunded.

Review: Signed contract with this company and they were suppose to cancel the contract with our previous leasee for our phone maintenance. After very many attempts to contact them with no response we tried to cancel our contract with them and they ignore all attempts we have made to fix either of the problem with cancelling the previous contract or cancelling their contract.Desired Settlement: Refund our payments to the other contract company or cancel the agreement with them and credit us for all their fees.
