As you requested, attached is an image of the contract that I had with Maintenance FreeLook at the lower left section under 'Customer Obligations' and you will see that the 'remove brush' is NOT marked.
As I stated before, the salesman/estimator walked the property on three (3) separate occasions and never said that I had to do anything about the brushHe assured me that it would not be a problem for the companyI even made remarks to him about the brush and he assured me it was not a concernIt wasn't until they took the fence down that it suddenly became an issueThank you*** ***

Dear Revdex.com Representative, Mr. [redacted] and our sales estimator, [redacted], had a lack of communication regarding the removal of the brush.  They never discussed who would be responsible for removing it prior to us arriving to begin the tear down of the old wood fence...

and installation of Mr. [redacted]’s new aluminum fence.  The scope of the work as per the contract was for us to remove and haul a wood fence, remove and haul some concrete pods, and for us to install an aluminum fence.  We completed this scope of work in its entirety.Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] both had opportunities to discuss the brush, but neither addressed the issue.  Therefore, both parties are equally responsible for this lack of communication.  It’s true that it didn’t say for the customer to remove brush under “Customer Obligations” on the contract, and it’s also true that it didn’t say for us to remove the brush under “MFOS Obligations”.Since it wasn’t discussed ahead of time, in an effort to work with Mr. [redacted] and to keep his project moving forward, our company decided to incur the unforeseen expense to remove enough of the brush at no charge to Mr. [redacted] in order to professionally install his new fence. So, that’s what we did even though we had no contractual obligation to perform this additional work.I agreed during a phone conversation with Mr. [redacted] that we would remove enough brush to install the new fence, and he would be responsible to dispose of the brush.  Of course, if he wanted additional brush removed and disposed that didn’t affect the fence installation, that would be his responsibility.  That’s why we’re surprised he filed a complaint against our company after he agreed to these terms, we removed enough brush to install the fence properly, he paid us in full for the work, and even tipped our installers for their fine job.  He is incorrect by saying we didn’t remove brush.  It is accurate to say that we didn’t haul the brush we removed off his property as this isn’t our responsibility.  It saddens us that Mr. [redacted] is not 100 % satisfied with his experience with our company.  At this point, we feel that he’s trying to take advantage of our company by trying to get us to reimburse him for something that never was a part of the contract.  We are a fence company, not a tree removal service company or landscaping company.Given the above facts, I am officially requesting that you dismiss this case completely to where it doesn’t appear on our company’s record at all.  It would be a disservice to potential future customers of ours to see that a complaint that has no merit was filed against our company.  Feel free to contact me at [redacted] to discuss further and for any documentation I can provide to support my statements above.Respectfully,[redacted] – President

Maintenance Free failed to remove brush that was cut down during the removal of the old fencing and prior to installing the new fence.

Their estimator had inspected the yard prior to installation on 3 separate occasions. I made comments to him about the amount of growth and he did not indicate in any manner that it would be an issue.

When the installers began work on the fence they threw a fit at the amount of brush. The estimator denied that I had made any comments to him about it. And, in spite of the fact that ‘brush removal’ was NOT marked as an owner responsibility, they simply cut the roots and left all of the brush laying in the yard. I had to contract with someone else to haul it away at my own expense.

Additionally, the two workers hired to cut the brush used foul language in very loud voices while they worked; well within earshot of my neighbors and their children.

Company was easy to work with, and did an amazing job.

Spent over a thousand dollars on railing for my new deck but I had ordered the wrong size balusters. When I went to return them for longer ones they wouldn't exchange them without a service rep to inspect my brand new boxes and also charge me a 25 % restocking fee. Won't do business with these people again.
