Was hired to do serval jobs but didn't fix the things and would not returnHe was out to do some jobs about a year before and worked so fast that he thow away the porcelain caps to the toliet. I can not buy new ones even if I buy a new toilet. When I mention it he just got defensive. Then when I had hem back to fix other things he left my bed in the middle of the room - have many medical problems on a heart monitor at the time, and extreme ostopis - I had to pay someone 10 dollars to move it back- he would not return to move it. I also paid to have another toilet fixed it did not work right after left. The other toilet that he did not tighten and messes up my floor I had more floor but he would not put it down. I had to hire more people to fix these problem he was paid for. I am tired of being taken advantage just because I am a senior that lives alone. It took us a little time to research all work rendered with her so that we respond with accurate information.On 11/12/2015 we met with a scheduled appointment to repair her hall bath toilet handle, repaired patio gate, hinges and latch assembly, replace dining room ceiling light fixture, range control touch panel as well as repairing and paint upper areas in her master bedroom from a bad job she received from a previous handyman she hired. We also done other little items for her at no charge.About a year earlier we scheduled an appointment to repair her master bath floor area and toilet flange. New parts were installed at this time and all old corroded parts were discarded. She was very satisfied at this time and we did not hear about special bolt caps until we returned a year later. New cap covers were installed at that time. We will be unable to help her with that issue.She contacted us a few days later and scheduled an appointment to have her bed and belongings moved back in her master bedroom also to address any other issues she had. We arrived at appointment time and no one was home or didn't answer door, after several attempts of no response we left information note on front door and left. She never returned a call to office to reschedule.We offer full warranty on workmanship at no cost for 30 days from date of repairs rendered.
