Review: On July [redacted], 2013, I called in to the order desk to make a $100 purchase with a gift card I bought from [redacted]. The CS rep took my order and I gave her the card number. She asked me where I got the card. I told her that I'd purchased it off of [redacted]. She completed the order and sent me an order confirmation. My order was $109 so $9 was charged on a separate credit card. I waited on my order to arrive but after a few weeks sent an e-mail on August [redacted] checking on my order status. I hadn't received any communications from Londontown from my order date on July [redacted] until August [redacted]. I received a response from Londontown from [redacted] apologizing for the delay in the order. After a few more e-mails back and forth, [redacted] informed me that the gift card states on the back that they are not for re-sale or exchangeable for cash. However, the back of my gift card says no such thing and I e-mailed a copy of the back to [redacted] as proof on August [redacted]. Since that time, I've followed up with a phone call but no one has called me back. Needless to say, my order hasn't shipped either.Desired Settlement: Send the products I ordered. Train staff, especially CS, in the acceptance and use of gift cards.
