This was a $MrsAsk you employees did I not come back to your office on twice for the same "soiled" carpet in the waiting areaYour very hard to pleaseYour entitled to your opinion, and the only complaint is one area of carpet in your office that we cleaned! I work hard to maintain good standings with my customers and always warrantee my workBut this is a but much don't you thinkHave a great day!

I am rejecting this response because:
I told you not to chemically clean the waiting area. Chemical cleaning, does not lift up dirt, it covers them up and exposes after it has completely dried.

Your acquaintance, who introduced you to our office confirmed, that you just shifted the dirt to another corner creating another stain that appeared the day after you so-called cleaned the carpet.
The carpet is only 4 years old, and it developed a new stain a day after you cleaned it? give me break! you shifted the dirt a chemical cleaning is not for a medical office and I told you that from the beginning.
Before writing the Revdex.com I talked to you and told you to come see what I was talking about you said ok, but you did not show and that is a fact. That does not show integrity of your work "Integrity is standing by your established truth" if your speaking the truth why don't you come by the office and see your handy work?
What are you afraid of?
