I have a monthly maintenance agreement with MRS Heating and Cooling Eric Gross came to check and service my heat pump and furnace recently He did an excellent job, as always He was very careful and thorough in his work He answered any questions I had, and was courteous and polite I have always had quality service from Eric and the MRS company

Jeff was very professional when I called for annual inspection of the furnace, he check everything and found a leak that was unsafe He then did complete measurement of the house to determine the size furnace required Then presented me with several choices and let me select the one I felt most comfortable with to install Jeff got everything ready and scheduled installation within a few days
The installation crew of Kenny and Rick arrive on Monday at the scheduled time and worked all day removing the old unit and installing the new furnace They did an excellent job including covering the carpet in the rooms they needed to walk through and removing all trash then install the new furnace Any connection the gas lines and electricity were done in straight lines which made everything look very neat
Extremely pleased with the entire process and the extras that Jeff and the installation crew provided were greatly appreciated
