Review: Mr. [redacted] agreed to contract [redacted] Construction in December of 2014 for the general clean up and detail construction repairs of a recently vacated townhouse. Mr. [redacted] was responsible for this house but did not pay the construction company a single dime. Why? Because he said that once the tenant paid for the repairs he would in turn pay [redacted] Construction. Since this is a section 8 housing tenant there is not a great chance that Mr. [redacted] will get the money he is owed from the tenant. This is equal to saying [redacted] Construction is partners with Mr. [redacted] and will get paid when he does, yet without any of the benefits.Desired Settlement: We would like [redacted] Construction paid in full for this contracted work.Since we had to pay the employees we were going at a loss on this job. It would be nice to receive some interest on the amount owed, but if not, will be satisfied if the bill can be paid in full. Thank you.
