Mainz Cleaners

Review: We took a brand new clean shirt to get alterations and pressed. When we picked up the shirt it had rust on the shirt. The shirt was light blue so it was obviously noticeable. When asked about it the lady said she tried deep cleaning it twice to get it out but was unsuccessful. She then claimed that it was already there when asked for a refund. She refused the refund and said it wasn't their fault. When taken to another cleaner in town they said it happens when a "dirty hot head" was used. If this cleaner cannot get it out then we have to purchase a new shirt for a fire academy. The customer service is awful and they are very unprofessional "business" refusing to pay for their mistakes.Desired Settlement: We would just like the money back for the cost that we paid to do the alterations and pressed since we had to take it some where else and we possible have to buy a new shirt which will be much more expensive then the alterations and pressing cost. The cost was $21.50.
