Review: Had driveway paved 2 years ago this month (Oct) it started to crack and break apart. We have been calling this business for more than 6 months. The owner tells my husband that he will look into it and then never returns his phone calls.Desired Settlement: Fix the driveway. We deserve what we paid for.

Response to [redacted]: She put in a complaint In Oct 2014 however, the work was done on her property 2 yrs prior (2012) this passes our warranty. We are more than happy to come out and give her an estimate (price) for repairs

We had our driveway installed about 2 1/2 years ago. I must admit that I should have had another company install the driveway, They did such a terrible job I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The material used in the front of my home was put down too cold (according to one of Maisano's employees) and came out lousey. They were going to rebate some of the cost but reneged on the deal. Buyer beware!!!

Review: On October 5, 2011 two adjoining driveways were paved by Maisano Bros. Inc. at a cost of $12,230.25. Within days, we had requested that a representative of the company revisit the work sight, noting that the surface was not consistent and voicing concern that it might deteriorate prematurely in those areas that appeared less compressed. On October 10, 2011, [redacted]. assured us that there was no problem, that the surface would wear well in all weather conditions and that in the unlikely event there was any problem, Maisno Bros. would stand behind their work. He signed a written statement to this effect, which I forwarded to Maisano Bros. Inc. the following day, along with our final payment, as well as photos documenting what we had described. We followed the recommendation to have the surface sealed the following summer.By October, 2013, there was evidence that our concerns re: deterioration were becoming a reality. I followed up by taking additional photos, and forwarding them along with a letter once again requesting that a representative of Maisano Bros. Inc. revisit the job sight and assess the evidence first hand. I provided both phone and email contact info. There was no response. Multiple attempts to contact them, via phone, the link provided on their website, and mail, all with no response. Finally, after sending another letter on February 10, 2014, this time by registered mail, I did receive a phone call from [redacted]. Once again, I was assured that there would be follow up provided once winter snow was no longer an obstacle. Since then, both my husband & I have followed up with repeated calls to both [redacted] and her husband [redacted] which are never answered, nor returned despite messages left. On one occasion, [redacted] did answer, stated he would schedule a date in the near future, but never called back to do so. We continue to call periodically, but all efforts are futile.Desired Settlement: I would like the deteriorating surface concerns to be assessed, preferably by a qualified but impartial authority. I am not sure what technical means would be available and/or effective in remediating the surface. Hopefully, there are ways to accomplish this, short of replacing the entire pavement. If not, then a financial settlement (full or partial refund) should be considered.

Hello. I am responding to this complaint . I did not work for maisano bros during the said timeframe stating that I returned phone calls. [redacted] has purchased maisano bros. Inc and [redacted] is no longer employed by him. Whatever agreements were made with the said parry and [redacted] are out of my hands.
