Be forewarned this company bills under 4 different names, BetterLife Garcinia, WellBeingK2, Today Health, and HealthLooks TMV. I have found 3 different phones numbers associated with this company, 844 746 2564, 877 249 7899, and 855 778 1288. I signed up for a free trail offer on May 12th 2018 and was billed 2, $4.95 payments for 2 different products, garciniaslim xt and cleanse slim xt. These initial charges were billed under BetterLife Garcinia and WellBeingk2. According to the terms and conditions it states, "Option #2 is a purchase option whereby you would pay a small shipping and handling fee immediately for a trial quantity of the product, followed by future shipments and charges for additional products until you cancel your membership." No where does it state I would be billed 89.95 for each trial product I received. Yet that is exactly what happened. On May 26th I was billed 89.95 under WellBeingk2. Then again on June 3, billed 89.95 under Today Health, then again on June 13th under WellBeingk2, then again on June 21 under Healthlookstmv. My credit card reported the June 21 charge as suspected fraudulent activity which prompted me to do a careful audit of my credit statement. I hadn't been paying close enough attention to my credit statement and missed the May 26th and June 3 charges. I saw the June 13th charge and suspected something as 1 new supply had come in the mail around June 13th, and was prepared to call today to cancel when I received the alert from my credit card company today of the June 21st charge. From their website, "Call us to cancel within 16 days from the order date to avoid the membership fee of $93.84 and enrollment in the auto-shipment and auto-billing program, which charges you for a 1 month supply every 30 days starting 30 days after your trial period ends." 30 days would be June 13. I don't know why my charge is 89.95 and not the 93.84 stated in the terms and conditions. Speaking with a representative proved to be futile.

Desired Outcome

Modification/discontinuance of Term and conditions need to clearly state a charge for the trial product will occur after 14 days and there is no "free quantity" as claimed. I spoke with a representative from this company and she informed me I had not read the terms and conditions correctly. I don't have the patience to read to her the terms and conditions that are stated on their website. My request to speak with her superior was denied. I am speaking to my credit card company as reporting all charges as unauthorized.

I spoke to Peter a representative from this company on the phone today, July 16th. Unfortunately I have not received a check in the mail for the 4th charge of 89.95. He is speaking to his manager and I am to call back in 24-48 hours. To resolve this case I am requesting refunds for all 4 charges of 89.95. 3 have been refunded to my credit card. There is a more detailed history of communication under Revdex.com Complaint ID#XXXXXXXX. I am unsure how this complaint has become 2 complaints.

My above statement "of the 3 charges that were made to my credit card, 2 have been refunded", needs further explanation. I apologize for the confusion. There were a total of four pending charges for 89.95. May 26th, June 3rd, June 13th, and June 21st. Only 3 of which posted to my credit card statement because the fourth one from June 21st was refunded while it was still pending and never posted to my credit card. As such it does not appear as though there was ever a charge. At this time I am still awaiting the refund for the May 26th charge which I feel I am entitled to.

I got an email from Amazon which stated answer a survey and get $50.00 reward products. I order from them quite frequently but leery now because I choose two products one being Garcinia Slim Diet and Forskolin Slim Diet for only $4.99 each got the product on March 31, then an email from the company ***@trygarciniaslimdiet.com saying they were charging my account for the productI paid when I ordered so I emailed them back on April 7th saying do not charge my account I do not want any more products. Another email said I was being charged the full price for the TRAIL PRODUCTS I had ordered again I said no, the ended up charging me $159.91, I called to see if anything had been charged to my account and was told yes that on Saturday April 8th 2 charges were done from two different phone numbers in California one for Garcinia and the other Forskolin. I sent another email to them and was told to call X-XXX-XXX-XXXX about a refund. I did and it went straight to a voicemail stating all rep's were busy and they would call me back within 15 minutes at the contact number showing. Needless to say no one did, I called 5 times a day for 3 days. Sent another email asking for them to refund my money and the only response was still is contact customer service at the number. I got the invoice out of the box the products came in hoping for a different phone number to call-havent't open the products because it was shipped from St. Petersburg FL and return address is in Rutherford, NJ-to many company's handling the products for me to taketo say the least I DON'T TRUST IT. And to this day and time I am submitting this complaint I haven't heard from them but did get on the website for Garcinia to see how many are upset because they got charged also thinking it was a TRAIL PRODUCT. Charged an extra $3.00 for shipping and handling.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like to get my full refund of $159.91 back and for them not to take advantage of others as they have done by the complaint post's on their website. And an admission of their wrong doings of reliable sites such as Amazon and other websites that advertise the TRAIL PRODUCTS then want to charge full price.

Unless and until you notify us that you wish to cancel or terminated your membership to the Site, you hereby agree and authorize the product or its designated agent or assignee to automatically renew your membership to the Site on a continuing monthly basis to charge your credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the ongoing cost of your membership.

Such terms are based on our customers' feedback and the subscription is aimed to protect our customers from having unexpected breaks in a course.

As I stated in my complaint about this so called company I got the product on March 31st cancelled the order before the 14 day trial period was over, they did not cancel it like I requested them to do and then they charged my account $159.91 I contacted my bank manage got a different card because the underhanded practice of this so called company I didn't and still don't. Two different products and two different phone numbers. There was nothing that I read that stated anything about paying full price as they sent to you. And had there been I cancel before the trail period ended. I just want my full refund back.

As I stated on my reply on 5/3/18 reply to you about my cancellation before the 14 day trial I got these two phone numbers from my bank manager are X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and X-XXX-XXX-XXXX both are numbers in California one was for Garcinia price $84.06 and the other was for Forskolin Slim Diets $75.65 and if this is so called company is legit why are they contacting you with a different name under a cream now. The one company was located in Illinois. None of the . And numbers will answer when I called but got an email about a refund probably another scam because it states do not reply, and to think the use good businesses like Amazon to make you think they are legit. SMH. Thank you for taking the time to respond back. Also there is one of their companies located in Illinois.

I noticed a charge on my debit card for this company and so I called them. I asked the representative what the charge was for, she explained that it was for a subscription for two diet pills. I then stated that I did not want a monthly subscription to the two products in question. She then told me that I had 14 days to cancel, so I stated that I would like to cancel. She then replied that they would only give me 50% of my refund. I advised her that it was not 14 days. I ordered the products on 4/07/18 then they shipped it on 4/09/18, and that it has only been 12 days. I still have time to cancel. She said I did not. I then asked to speak to a supervisor I was denied. I was hung up on twice. I was told to call back in 5 hours to speak with a supervisor.I paid the amount of the order at the time which was $9.48 per bottle which equaled $18.98. I noticed after I hung up with the CSR that if I did not cancel the subscription within 14 days I would be billed the $84.06. I then called back before I even received the products and was told that I would be canceled and not billed to my debit card. Now they are trying to charge me for a subscription. Thank you for your time.

Company will not reimburse me for product returned
I did not order additional products beyond gift
Completed customer survey on Chewy.com and choose FREE GIFT of silkalike cream for the price of postage. The company (AKA Violet Dream) send additioanl products that I di not order. I refused the orders which were returned by USPS. I wrote a letter stating that I did not want additional products., but they kept coming. The company owes me $869.28 which they billed my credit card. The company is only willing to refund 50% even though I have none of their product.

Desired Outcome

I want full refund of $869.28 to my cred card company. I am unwilling to accept only 50% reimbursement. My credit card company told me to write a letter so that I could document my refusal of product. This company states they do not respond to letters
