Credit Card Fraud I notified this company that Visa had cancelled my card because of fraudulent charges against my account The first attempt created a pending approved amount for $Witwo hours of the attempts I contacted createspaceOn the first call I did not have the exact amount of the chargeThey called back wian hour to tell me that they could not locate the charge without the correct amountI determined the correct amount and called back and spoke with someone at Createspace and they informed me they could not remove the approval since it had gone through They said they would open a "case" I informed them that it was fraud and questioned why they could not cancelled the approvalIN MY LIMITED KNOWLEDGE OF LAW, IT WOULD SEEM TO ME THAT CREATESPACE IS AN ACCESSORY TO FRAUD

Because my husband used his information to start the account, and because my husband already had an account, createspace decided that this was in violation of the terms of service and cancelled my account in late 2017.
