Unfortunately, this is not
what happened in my case The manager at the Scottsdale location and I emailed a few times and spoke on the phone as wellHe stated that he would refund the money Then he called back later saying he was unable to refund the money for some reason (sounded like technical issues)and asked that I come in to pick it up I emailed him, explaining that it would be going out of my way just to travel to Scottsdale to get the $or so I asked if he could just mail me a check then He NEVER responded to that email to this day I can forward copies of those emails once I find them and if given the appropriate email addressMight I add, I provided a copy of my receipt with my original complaint as well as with my emails with Majerles Therefore, they have the necessary documents to look this up in their own recordsI don't like the implication that I'm lying about thisThey should do their due diligence before responding with what they usually do, because obviously, they didn't in this case
