On June 11, at 4:26PM and again that evening at 5:57PM EST, I spoke to *** on the telephone regarding these fraudulent charges and he assured me that all monies would be reimbursed to me in full within the week. He even stated he had fired his employee responsible for this alleged telephone transaction because there was no telephone record of the purchase. *** did not indicate at that time he had to contact a third party to resolve this fraudulent charge of $1,825.00.
On July 23rd it will have been six(6) weeks since *** promised me a full refund and apologized for this errorI am still requesting a full refund from *** to resolve my grievance
